1. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The contract conclusion date is the consumer’s payment date for storing.

2. How to Initiate a withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, please contact us at info@keepinggoods.com with the following:

  • payment date
  • Reason for withdrawal
  • The purchase receipt of the product to be stored, if it has been sent to us

3. Compensation

In the event that the consumer withdraws, the service provider may charge the consumer an amount proportional to the services provided up to the withdrawal.

4. Refunds

Upon withdrawal, the service provider must refund the money paid by the consumer, except for any amount that may be charged for services provided. The refund will be processed to consumer original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Timeframes may vary depending on bank or card issuer.
